HYMENOPLASTY

Hymen Repair, also known as “revirgination” or “hymenorrhaphy” is done to reattach the hymen and repair the tears that occur after sexual intercourse. This procedure allows the hymen to regain its “virgin” state. It is done for personal or social reasons and we believe it is every woman’s right to choose if she wishes to undergo this repair. For many young women this brings peace of mind and psychological comfort, and we stand by that choice.

The procedure is done in the clinic under local anesthesia. It is quick and painless with very minimal recovery needed. Typically full activity and exercise can be resumed within one to two weeks.
